Yeah I know I’ve been MIA & wasn’t quite sure if I wanted to continue blogging. I don’t know how I am going to find the time to do this shit since I am working 8 + hrs a day and shit. I’ll figure it out, but I’m back in this biotch

I was never a huge fan of Wu-Tang, because I was kinda young when they came out & I was into the “happy go lucky” [read: anything Puffy made] type of rap. I just got finished watching this documentary on the group on BET & it was good. The doc is on DVD in stores NOW, so if you’re a die hard fan, then you need to check it out.

Happy Veteran’s Day

I don’t really celebrate this day even though my father was a Vietnam Vet, but I saw this video over at Sandra Rose & thought I would post it. A few weeks ago I went w/ my friend to a Jr. ROTC Step Show @ her former high school. Most of the kids weren’t as precise w/ their drills, but there was the one kid who was doing a solo w/ guns and it was dope!

I saw this movie back when I was in high school, and yall know I am a fan of The Wire, so I had to make some parrallels here. Well actually, it’s late and I just thought of what was going to on TT this week so I aint write shit. I like the relationship that the four boys had & how they were so tight that summer before school started, then they grew apart.

So Mike=Chris Chambers : I can’t think of how the other characters individually relate to Randy, Duke, and Namond. I wanna say that Vern reminds me Randy because of how he comes up w/ ideas for stuff. Then Gordo could be like Dukie because of… shit I don’t know. Then Teddy and Namond….nah shit I don’t know. Yall figure it out.

For those of you who haven’t seen it…I am giving you the ENTIRE movie to watch via YOUTUBE.
I loved Michael because he reminded me of Chris Chambers.
